The 5th President of Kenya gave a rousing speech that was both a victory lap and a nod to his supporters, the Hustler Nation. Critics have pointed out the speech did not mention his policy on persons with disability, or provide a clear path for creating jobs for the youth, and expanding infrastructure building. He, however, received high praise for promising to create a Diaspora Cabinet position that would cater for matters affecting Kenyan abroad.
