Elizabeth Omolo is the second IEBC officer to assure the diaspora they'll be voting during regular voting hours in their local embassy or consulate at a similar time as Kenyans at home. Last week Commissioner Justus Nyang'aya stated IEBC held a meeting to make it easier for diasporas to vote in the upcoming elections.
