COMMISSIONER NYANG’AYA’S AFFIDAVIT SUMMARY
Commissioner Justus Nyang'aya accuses IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati of reassigning his ICT role to another staffer without an explanation. He also claims 377 unauthorized people accessed the IEBC server on election day. And that a person named Gudino Omor, gained full access to the IEBC servers since June, and altered documents without following protocols.
PROF. GULIYE SUPREME COURT AFFIDAVIT SUMMARY
Commissioner Prof. Abdi Guliye alleged the National Security Organ wanted the Presidential election Results changed in favor of the Azimio Ticket of Raila Odinga and Martha Karua because failure to declare Odinga the winner, could lead to violence.
RAILA BRINGS A TRUCKLOAD OF EVIDENCE CHALLENGING RUTO’S ELECTION
The petition filed with the Supreme Court requests the Supreme Court to nullify the election that saw IEBC Chairman Declare DP William Ruto the winner. The Azimio team brought a truckload of evidence to the Supreme Court. In total 9 petitions challenging Ruto's election and IEBC conduct of the election, and one challenging Odinga's claims have been filed with the Supreme Court.
RAILA REJECTS ELECTION RESULTS, WILL GO TO COURT, ASKS SUPPORTERS TO MAINTAIN PEACE
Azimio flag bearer Raila Odinga said the election results are null and void. He said IEBC Chairman failed to follow the rules of either seeking consensus from the commissioners or winning a majority vote in the commission before announcing Deputy President William Ruto as winner of the just concluded election.
IEBC DECLARES WILLIAM RUTO PRESIDENT-ELECT, SOME COMMISSIONERS OBJECT TO THE RESULTS
Chairman Chebukati declared Ruto won 50.49 percent of the vote, while Raila Odinga won 48.85 percent. Ruto thanked God for his victory and assured those who treated him badly that they have nothing to fear as he would not seek vengeance.

IEBC APPEALS FOR CALM AS THE VOTE COUNTING PROCESS CONTINUE
Chairman Wafula Chebukati said the difference in results among the media is due to their chosen vote counting criteria, which would eventually lead to the same results. He reminded Kenyans that only IEBC can declare a winner.

IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati said Ballot papers for Kakamega county governor positions and Mombasa County, have wrong gubernatorial candidate pictures and the details printed on them. Azimio and Kenya Kwanza have seen the move as suspicious and accused IEBC of mischief.
